How to be in good shape for our expedition trip?

One thing without we can’t is physical strength and endurance when we are on expedition trip, especially if we backpacking unsupported and we must to carry all equipment and gear on our back. One good way to achieve good form is weight training to strengthen our structure, tendons, ligaments and muscles.
